This 12 size extra thin model has many features in common with the Illini grades 538 and 539. This particular run even is the subject of a "mis-correction" in the Ehrhardt/Meggers book. It has a handwritten note that it is a 539. This example is very nice with a couple of flaws. The dial is disappointing and the nice 18K case has been spoiled a little with a plate covering monogram section.
