Side view, Second side view, Signature This design is fairly common and is often signed by Moorcroft. I do not have an example with a registry number, so I cannot date it exactly. The standard Moorcroft reference work by Atterbury places 18th Century late in the Florian sequence around 1908. The reasoning is that, as lighter grounds became available, these lightly decorated white ground patterns were easier to produce. This 2 handled cup or bowl is 5 3/8" across the top rim.
