Borresen's Patent Barrel
Borresen's Patent Barrel patent was assigned to Hills who was the receiver for the McIntyre Watch Co. and was the litigant in the dispute with Hamilton over the patent motor barrel. According to the Borresen family's oral history as reported by his great grandson Mark Borresen, the patent was sold to Hamilton. It is likely that this was part of the settlement eventually reached in the lawsuit.
