This watch is a private label 18 size Bunn Special. The circular two tone damaskeening is one of the more common patterns. The dial is not signed and may be a replacement although it is a correct dial for a Bunn Special of the period.
The name Dana N. Coy of Windsor Vt. is most likely a retail jeweler, but I have not verified this.
The screw back and bezel case is an obvious recase with extra screw marks for the case screws.
