Front, Back, Dial, Case Mark, Movement view 1, Movement view 2, Closeup of Movement This is an example of Ditisheim's affix applied to a Guillaume balance to further adjust the temperature correction. The English patent for Ditisheim's invention is inscribed on the plates and the watch has a patent regulator. Otherwise, it is the same as the example with only Swiss markings. This example was retailed by Birch & Gaydon who were very high end retailers and is marked with their Land & Water dial that was reserved for better technical pieces. |
