This is an early example of the 19 jewel bridge model that was later called the Series 5. It is interesting that in this example, the bridges are straight without the characteristic hooks on the end that appear later. The early 23 jewel in the collection has the same design. These bridges are identical in appearance to the last of the Waltham Howard watches that were presumably produced for the E. Howard Watch Co. after the purchase by Keystone.
