LeCoultre Atmos clock operates on small temperature and barometer changes to run continuously without external interference. There is no other provision for winding beside the bellows mechanism that rewinds the main spring with a ratchet and chain assembly.

These clocks are extremely accurate, counter to all intuition. The accuracy is probably due to the great care in manufacture. The precision is equal to that in a high grade watch.
