These three items comprise the "Goss Collection." These pieces are very light and delicate and Goss represents the best of this class of collectible. Heraldic ware are small souvenir pieces sold in various localities around the British Isles. They always have a crest for the town or county often in the form of a coat of arms. They are also known as "crested ware" in some references.

There is one other piece of heraldic ware in the art collection plus an Argonauta piece made by the MacIntyre pottery that is included with the MacIntyre/Moorcroft collection.

My first exposure to these pieces was a purchase from a nice lady in St. Catherines, Ontario who ran a classified ad in the local paper.  Since then I have bought a few more pieces as they could be found.
